Pricing:

The pricing on the WebStore is for quantities of less than 100 unit single orders. For larger volume orders, please call to discuss the requirements and volume pricing.

Payment Options:

For Web orders, we accept payment through several credit cards through Google CheckOut. For phone orders, we accept payment through Visa or MasterCard. We also accept Checks & Money Orders (please allow 2 weeks to clear except US Postal Money orders) before shipment. Open accounts are available subject to credit approval.

Shipping & Handling:

We have partnered with leading shippers. Tracking your order is easy with the above shipping partner links based on the shipment mode chosen and the tracking information we will provide once the item has been shipped. Freight rates shown are for domestic shipping. International customers, export rates may apply. Where Freight Rates are not shown, please call to confirm else we will choose UPS Ground or USPS Priority Shipping and charge the actual costs.

Missing Items/Damaged Goods

All items are packaged securely to arrive safely at your door. Upon arrival, open all boxes and check for any damage or missing parts. If you do find damage or missing parts, notify us within 5 business days of receipt of goods along-with pictures. Claims reported after 5 business days will not be processed.
